Great hardware, terrible software
Camera is great, shame the software (App) just glitches all the time.
Garbage
This app is garbage and renders Innovv cameras useless. I'm selling mine and buying from a more reliable camera maker.
Not working
Tried connecting with new iPhone 15 pro, app wonโt even show WiFi, tried everything from airplane mode to resetting device, nothing works.
The biggest waste of money EVER!!
Will not stay connected to WiFi and you get ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT response, ever. Total garbage.. wish I could give it negative stars๐๐๐๐
Absolutely useless
Even when connected via WiFi to camera on my iPhone, app keeps saying camera (K6) is not connected. Camera in the meantime gets super hot.
Very bad
This app has very bad reliability on both android and iOS, it is nearly unusable. It is constantly asking you to connect to the camera when youโve already connected. The only solution to this that Iโve found is to remove power from the camera and try again. This is highly inconvenient
No connection
Canโt seem to get app and camera k3 to talk to each other Bike control says itโs connected App donโt ? Very hard work ๐คฌ
all show and no go
The app shows recordings in progress but at the end of the day most of the time the recording are blank.

Hi, please uninstall your INNOVV app and then re-install it again, during the APP installation process, please grant this app all the permissions it requires.

The app needs an overhaul. It is solid but requires refinement.
