The AI in our app customizes the Daily Workout before each workout based on your performance, equipment and gear: Before each workout, you can decide in real time what options you currently have available. Common equipment combinations are saved in equipment profiles (e.g. "at home", "gym"). WE MOTIVATE: NEW DAILY WORKOUTS Let our coaching team create a completely new fitness workout plan for you every day: We call it a "Daily Workout," or WOD. You will never do a workout twice. WE GUIDE YOU: 100% TAILORED Our AI customizes every single exercise in each of your workouts (WOD) for you. Through your feedback after the workout, each subsequent workout is even better suited to your personal strengths and weaknesses.
