Dining advantage is frankly a scam!

If you received a “$20 dinning credit” it’s not a credit! Why use this app if your paying for the Savings anyways. This app is simply a fraud and you should stay far far away. I guarantee a class action is coming shortly!

Response from developer

Dining Advantage is a program in which companies or organizations provide their customers or members access to the available savings as recognition or to promote loyalty. Based upon the $20 referenced, your credit was provided by T-Mobile Tuesdays. Your credit is, in essence, free money that you were provided for the purpose of selecting vouchers. If you were lead to believe that Dining Advantage credits were like a gift card that could be redeemed at the merchant, we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding. If .you choose not to visit a merchant to redeem a coupon, then there is no cost to you whatsoever. There is nothing improper and your portrayal of our app seems to be rooted in some sort of misperception of what the Dining Advantage program offers. We are sorry that you were disappointed.

Lil ceaza

Even lit ceasar manager didn't take the coupons....

We are sorry to learn of your difficulties. If a merchant has a a discount listed, it is present because they authorized an agreement with Entertainment. We are sorry if it was portrayed otherwise. We would be interested in pursuing any issues of non-compliance. Please look for the Contact Us link in the menu at www.diningadvantage.com to report your concerns.

It’s false advertisement

They make up their own coupons, so the restaurants don’t have any reason to honor said made up coupon with $20 credit from T-Mobile.

Response from developer

We are sorry to learn of your difficulties. If a merchant has discounts listed, then they have an active agreement with Entertainment. Entertainment is a company with 60 years of experience, and we are the leading provider of unbeatable local and national discounts throughout the U.S. and Canada. Should you wish to report any issues with a business breaching their contract, we would be glad to pursue the compliance issue.

Not a credit!!!!!!

Seems my last review was deleted by this developer Here is the response, “

Dining Advantage
HSP EPI Acquisition LLC
"We are sorry to learn that the value provided by the Dining Advantage program does not suit your tastes. Fortunately, you received your credit without any financial requirement and you have no obligation to use it. Your credit will expire at the end of the day on December 18th. If you would like your account deleted prior to then, please use the Contact Us link on our website to submit your request." ......Fake credits provides make it seem like your saving money but you are not. Can’t believe this fake app even exists as you can better deals through the restaurants themselves.................Still the same bait and switch scam

We are sorry for the concerns that you have with the Dining Advantage program and its basic concept. Dining Advantage is not marketed as a consumer-based program. Instead, it is a program used by organizations as a means to promote or reward loyalty. In relation to your previous review, we do not have the ability to delete a review. If your review is gone, only yourself or Apple could accomplish that.

Terrible selection

App was marketed as a food service and not a coupon service. Poor coupon selection and savings. Waste of time, will probably be leaving T-Mobile because of this.

Dining Advantage is a program backed by Entertainment, a company with 60 years of experience, and we are the leading provider of unbeatable local and national discounts throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are unsure of the the marketing that you refer to as we have not represented this program as a food service at any point. We are sorry that the program does not suit your tastes.

Problematic

Today the site reads “access denied.” There are times in which one presents the restaurant staff states it has never heard of Dining Advantage, and you feel like it’s bait & switch. I’ve had this happen three times. Twice Dining Advantage issued a refund to my account and once they wouldn’t as the credit came from a T-Mobile offer.

As far as the "access denied" message, that message was likely created by your device. It is not a message within our site/app programming. We believe it would be created if a VPN/Firewall is blocking access to our site. We would be glad to look into it further, but we would need an email with some details describing the attempted usage.

Horrible

This company is fake I went today to use a coupon for a restaurant called Chicago’s best they said they told this company not to use their business but dining advantage did anyway. I contacted dining advantage and I still have not gotten a response this is a shame

Fake!!!

The restaurants listed said they did not accept the coupons, nor did they take the credit for this app that I received from TMobile! They are a fake business! Which is sad, because I used to buy the Entertainment book and had many pleasant experiences using those coupons. Don’t download this app! TMobile I feel like you owe me twenty bucks! Don’t give us fake free money on Tuesdays!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I only had it because of a tmobile promo and just decided to use it today. I chose the coupon that I wanted to use and decided to print the coupon so I could use it in-store to get a free pizza, except the print button didn’t work. I thought it was probably just a glitch so I closed the app and opened it again and tried to print the coupon again, but this time when I looked for it, it was already in my “Redeemed/expired” tab before I even got a chance to use it. Then I tried to send a message to customer service and when I clicked submit, I got the same message over and over again: Sorry, there was a problem while submitting the form.” There is a reason this app only has one star and it needs to be taken down for good.

We are sorry to learn of your difficulties. When viewing the printable version of an offer, there is fine print that instructs to "Print from your computer not on mobile app." If you do not have a computer, the mobile-enabled version of our website can be used to print from your device. Our app does not include an ability to print from it directly. Please look for the "Need Help?" field on the My Account page for assistance.

This app blows and is a SCAM.

1. Just about all of the restaurants that I’ve tried to use this app with don’t even know they are subscribed to the service. One of them even told me it’s a scam. It is a scam because...

2. You have to spend money for coupons that at some places that are already FREE. For instance, a pizza shop near me always offers a coupon that gives you a small FREE pie when you order a large one. Dining Advantage has you use $5 worth of credits to use this coupon. Did I mention the coupon is already free? Where’s the advantage here?

3. The app itself just functions very poorly. Not user friendly at all. I couldn’t pull up an offer I had redeemed to show the merchant. Try for yourself and see. I find it hard to believe T-Mobile promoted this service. It’s complete trash.

AVOID.
