Not sure how it monitors the sleep but it captures wrong data. I have been consistently sleeping at 4:00 am for the last 3 days, although I have set the watch to DND to avoid light from the watch when I lift my wrist for other purposes. It captured my sleep time at 2:49, while I was awake and still moving though not walking. I did in-fact also went to the rest room as well before finally going to bed but it does not make a difference.
I am going to try again without putting the watch on DND to see if it makes a difference.
For the price, I’d call it a digital watch that looks good and won’t consider any health metrics as reliable.
