WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS APP?! 🤬 After countless updates and bug fixes it’s still not working properly! See below for previous reviews and it’s still the same!

Once again I am updating a previous review stating that the GPS does NOT record exercise correctly. On an evening walk with my dog this has me walking through houses and through a lake! Sadly I’m not a miracle worker and can’t walk on water. What is wrong with Fitbits and this app? To update my review on this app - it’s gone from bad to worse!!! For heaven’s sake Fitbit please sort it out! I may as well not bother anymore. Oh is that an Apple Watch or Garmin calling my name? After the latest update which included bug fixes why oh why am I going through houses/gardens and even lakes when exercising? This is getting increasingly annoying. Please sort it out Fitbit. So after several days of exercise not recording correctly and updating the app I contacted customer support. Advised to reboot my Fitbit - still no joy. Then advised to delete so I deleted it and reset to factory settings (on advice) to start again but I’ve still got the same problem! When are you going to sort this issue out? It’s incredibly frustrating!!! I’d give the app no stars if I could! 🤬

  • Love Fitbit but app spoils it

I’ve had a Fitbit since they first came out but right now the only reason I stick with the brand is because the battery life is better than the applewatch. Fitbits only function alongside the app- so it is very disappointing and frustrating, to spend such a large amount of money on a device that is rendered useless whenever the app encounters persistent bugs and issues! I personally rely on my Fitbit for my health and I chose this particular model to monitor my heart rate and my sleep. I check both on the app regularly and it’s starting to become a common occurrence where I find my sleep isn’t registering at all. I also can’t move my heart rate tracking to the top of the list either. I don’t want to have to scroll down passed things that I don’t use as much but rather have the option again to arrange the list myself in order of importance. Please sort this Fitbit. It’s not fair to have customers fork out so much cost on a quality product that works well but is let down constantly by the hardware within the app which it’s necessary to connect to!

  • Update 2.53 screwy

The app use to be essentially what kept my weight loss goals focused BIG TIME! I am so disappointed in whoever owns Fitbit especially as the challenges have gone. Those challenges helped me reach goals and they only need be changed not taken away completely. And I still haven’t seen appropriate icons relating to depression and other issues especially focusing on women going through menopause. We are 50% of the population you know? SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
Since my last review I have seen no real change to my feedback this is disappointing and disrespectful to those of us who just want to be able to express ourselves more accurately. Fore instance you don’t have a sad 🥹🥲mood for moods stressed neutral calm and calmer come no where close to sad. I mean what about when I have just been to a funeral I’m not calm or stressed I’m sad or happy 😊 and relieved faces😅look like. Why do we need them because I will miss them, or maybe I am happy or relieved they’re not in pain anymore and at peace. Jeez way to let me down. You haven’t even changed your women’s regular health episodes.
Try Harder especially for women 😩🙂‍↕️ there’s no way I am the only one who’s disappointed in this lack of change.
