Not Happy
I recently swapped my account from Fitbit to Google as the app has kept suggesting I do this. I bit the bullet and updated about 4 weeks ago. Biggest mistake ever! I have had my charge 2 for just over 5 years and I was really happy with everything about the tracker and the app. Then they messed about with the app and the new format is rubbish. Down to Google I think. But since swapping my account over I have had nothing but problems. All my historical data except for my heart rate history moved over. I contacted support for help on 2 occasions. No help whatsoever. I was told on both occasions that support was aware of the problem and they were looking for a fix. I was having heart problems which was why I purchased a Fitbit in the first place. Since there seems to be no solution to the heart history in sight, I feel that I need to try something else. Plus my screen has a crack in it and I want to replace it. If they can’t solve the current issue for me, and if they do stop supporting Fitbit then I am wasting my time buying another. I don’t like the way Google has handled this issue so will never purchase a Google Pixel. Totally dissatisfied all round. Only option left to me is to delete my account completely.

Mostly good
I’ll start by saying this is mostly complementary to wearing a Fitbit. But soon after I bought my FB the app updated and you could no longer favourite exercises for easy access on the watch. Now I have to quickly scroll through the entire alphabet to get to Pilates because since my last class no walked, biked and worked out, pushing pilates out of the recent exercises. Since I’ve never canoed, it would be nice to have that ranked below activity I do several times a week.
There’s also no step counting for biking. I’m doing the step motion, I’m exercising to travel - I think there should be an estimation of steps in there. Otherwise I need to do a less effective exercise than I want to reach my goal.
Lastly, the mindfulness functions need some work. You can’t manually log it as with exercises, so if you weren’t meditating via a FB video then it doesn’t count, which i suppose is to lure you into buying the subscription.

Sleep schedule converts my data input
Since yesterday my Inspire 3 on iOS which I have used and benefitted from (lowered BP, improved sleep quality, raised HRV values (expanded my personal range even), and 100% improved my diet, met my weight goal getting until recently like 11k steps in on average (as a normally sedentary individual) 5+ miles and lots of zone minutes, i.e., morphing me into an obsessed fitbit bore at parties, and now for the last half day the app converts my sleep schedule goal inputs from am east coast us time zone (with vpn off) to a west coast US time zone, except for 12:00-12:59 am, with the total sleep time field including “AM” instead of just indicating a total sum and now my feathers are all kerfuffled ruffled, thinking of switching, feeling unloved. What is happening to me? I am now more concerned about my attachment to this object. Couldn’t make headway entering this in App Support (user failing) so am bundling my report of this issue with a long overdue positive thank you-review. The only (other) reason I would switch trackers is the security risk posed by an ever active Bluetooth which may have been an open door for a hacker. (One day my google maps showed an odd route in the netherlands red light zone). I trust the sleep bug will get fixed in time. Regardless of what i end up doing, it’s been great. I hope to keep it up with or without a tracker obsession. Thank you fitbit! Sincerely.

Awful whole… unfortunately
Once, Fitbit was a great app with beautiful UI. Since it has been acquired by Google, the downfall began.
New update sucks
I used to love the Fitbit app. I was recently forced to update the app and now it is terrible. The graphs look terrible and are hard to understand. When I track my run I used to be able to see my pace/km and now it just shows my pace for the entire run. I had bought my 2nd Fitbit last year and stuck with the Fitbit because the app was great, now it’s lost some nice features and is difficult to understand. Go back to the old app!!

Good Riddance
As soon as I get my new GPS watch that I ordered, good riddance Fitbit. Your app is terrible and is just getting worse with all your ‘updates and fixes’. It can no longer be used properly for any kind of running training. I am beyond irritated with your product and hope to never use it again. Good job.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS APP?! 🤬 After countless updates and bug fixes it’s still not working properly! See below for previous reviews and it’s still the same!
Once again I am updating a previous review stating that the GPS does NOT record exercise correctly. On an evening walk with my dog this has me walking through houses and through a lake! Sadly I’m not a miracle worker and can’t walk on water. What is wrong with Fitbits and this app? To update my review on this app - it’s gone from bad to worse!!! For heaven’s sake Fitbit please sort it out! I may as well not bother anymore. Oh is that an Apple Watch or Garmin calling my name? After the latest update which included bug fixes why oh why am I going through houses/gardens and even lakes when exercising? This is getting increasingly annoying. Please sort it out Fitbit. So after several days of exercise not recording correctly and updating the app I contacted customer support. Advised to reboot my Fitbit - still no joy. Then advised to delete so I deleted it and reset to factory settings (on advice) to start again but I’ve still got the same problem! When are you going to sort this issue out? It’s incredibly frustrating!!! I’d give the app no stars if I could! 🤬

Love Fitbit but app spoils it
I’ve had a Fitbit since they first came out but right now the only reason I stick with the brand is because the battery life is better than the applewatch. Fitbits only function alongside the app- so it is very disappointing and frustrating, to spend such a large amount of money on a device that is rendered useless whenever the app encounters persistent bugs and issues! I personally rely on my Fitbit for my health and I chose this particular model to monitor my heart rate and my sleep. I check both on the app regularly and it’s starting to become a common occurrence where I find my sleep isn’t registering at all. I also can’t move my heart rate tracking to the top of the list either. I don’t want to have to scroll down passed things that I don’t use as much but rather have the option again to arrange the list myself in order of importance. Please sort this Fitbit. It’s not fair to have customers fork out so much cost on a quality product that works well but is let down constantly by the hardware within the app which it’s necessary to connect to!

Update 2.53 screwy
The app use to be essentially what kept my weight loss goals focused BIG TIME! I am so disappointed in whoever owns Fitbit especially as the challenges have gone. Those challenges helped me reach goals and they only need be changed not taken away completely. And I still haven’t seen appropriate icons relating to depression and other issues especially focusing on women going through menopause. We are 50% of the population you know? SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
Since my last review I have seen no real change to my feedback this is disappointing and disrespectful to those of us who just want to be able to express ourselves more accurately. Fore instance you don’t have a sad 🥹🥲mood for moods stressed neutral calm and calmer come no where close to sad. I mean what about when I have just been to a funeral I’m not calm or stressed I’m sad or happy 😊 and relieved faces😅look like. Why do we need them because I will miss them, or maybe I am happy or relieved they’re not in pain anymore and at peace. Jeez way to let me down. You haven’t even changed your women’s regular health episodes.
Try Harder especially for women 😩🙂↕️ there’s no way I am the only one who’s disappointed in this lack of change.

I love Fitbit, but Google needs to take a small step back
I love Fitbit! From the Fitbit that I had that only showed dots, one being like a certain amount of steps, to my Fitbit, which showed steps, heart rate , calories, and you can sync alarms to the app, to the Fitbit lux where you can do everything you need on the Fitbit, to the current Fitbit I have now, the charge six, I have loved Fitbit every step of the way! The battery last so long, it motivates me to move, I wear it to sleep, in fact the only time I don’t wear it is when I’m showering. Right now, I have a charge six, I love it, there are some things that need to happen. First thing, the relaxation app was removed. That was one of the best things about the Fitbit luxe, and I consider that a pretty big downgrade. Also, there are not many new features from the previous Fitbit I had, leading to a bit of disappointment, but still five stars. Last thing, the weather app needs to be added back on! The charge four has it, but now the charge 6 doesn’t! And another small change, the sleep tracker was so easy to understand, but now it feels too cluttered. Also, I can’t find my achievements or my friends on Fitbit app. overall, I am happy with my Fitbit, and besides the fact that I can’t play games on it, I am happy with the quality, life, comfort, and Fitbit app (mostly) and will most likely continue to use it over Apple Watches if these small issues get fixed
