Doesn’t warning anymore
Since over a week my camera is not showing any movement or activity at night and when I there is no alert. We ha a R2 camera.
The Tesla of camera systems
I was so frustrated by our old DVR-based camera system and thought “Why isn’t there something like Nest or Ring but for businesses?” Which is how I found Rhombus. At first my low-voltage vendor was dubious about it, but after I convinced him to install it for me he became a fan and is now installing Rhombus systems everywhere. The cameras themselves are great, high resolution, work well in low light, etc. But it’s all the intelligence built into the software that really impresses me. The installation was super fast and smooth, the integration with our access control system was insanely easy, the setup was seamless, the intelligent notifications are actually useful and actionable... I’m really happy to finally have a modern system that functions the way I feel like it should. And I sleep better knowing I have a system that provides enhanced security instead of the “security theater” I had before.

Best system for business
We have more than 100 cameras so far with Rhombus and they work flawless. The app and software make it even better. Great product
Somewhat decent
I have seen better security camera mobile apps. This one is somewhat decent in my opinion/experience.

Very solid application
I’m able to quickly view my cameras and determine what is happening at
my remote site. The application is stable and does what I need it to do. Love the video wall functionality and people detection, which I have trained over many months given we have many occupants that changes often. I’d love scrubber controls when reviewing individual camera footage.

Best app!
These are the best cameras and this app makes it so easy to see them. I am traveling a lot and I can still see what’s going on in our office when I am gone. Really happy with our Rhombus system overall!
Easy to use and scale
So glad we went with Rhombus instead. Products and services have been excellent. These people are honest and transparent. They deliver on what they promise, unlike some of their competitors out there...
Great video surveillance system
We’ve been using Rhombus cameras for the past 6 months and are so grateful for them. We appreciate how easy the system is to set-up and use, but how robust the technology actually is. The cameras and sensors work seamlessly and the alerts are extremely customizable and useful. We are much more efficient at managing our security now, thanks to the Rhombus platform.

Useful and Very Intuitive
The app is easy to use and works flawlessly. I really enjoy the ability to access my video feeds while on the go. All of the core functionality from the web client is carried over into the app. Playback is super smooth, finding events is simple, and working with the team at rhombus has been amazing.
