Reinstall necessary
I was having trouble with needing to sign in repeatedly trying to use this app. Finally I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I was able to set up again with the phone way of identity and now it works as it should. I had called the bank twice and both times they said they would report it to their IT department and they would contact me. They never did. On a whim I tried the reinstall and it worked. I hope for those calls in the future the staff will instruct this method as it will save frustration.
