They can definitely do better
The second is this: it takes forever (at least two weeks) for any kind of payment towards my debt to be reflected on my account. Maybe not a problem for everyone, but since it’s all done electronically you’d think it wouldn’t take so long.
Also finding my account number is near impossible on this app.
With my new bank, I can view everything easily (transactions, balances, rewards, even credit score) and the best part is when I make a payment towards my account, it is reflected almost immediately.
Please update your app First Interstate!
Notifications are always wrong.
Also, am I supposed to go by the Available or Current amount as my actual balance? Pending transactions take so long to go through, I sometimes won’t risk spending money just so I don’t risk my account bouncing - AGAIN! First Interstate Bank should be paying US for all the errors and fees caused by this app!
