EmpiRx Health delivers high-touch prescription care management 24/7/365. We ensure positive health outcomes for our members by providing the appropriate medication at the most cost-effective price. *You must have an EmpiRx Health prescription benefit program through your health benefit plan sponsor to use the app. **Prescription refill services through the app are available exclusively for our mail order pharmacy. *** Your plan must allow temporary ID cards to be enabled.

  • Awful…

    This app is horrible. It hardly ever works with my log in. The Face ID sign in NEVER works to sign in and my opinion along with making many necessary upgrades… allow people to pay on the app. Who really writes checks and mails them in ASAP… maybe with some people who don’t have jobs or busy lives but seriously it’s 2023… catch up! If you do call in to ask a question or finally remember to pay on your account the representatives are horrible and not friendly at all.

    I’m not surprised this app doesn’t work. Benecard and EmpiRX health is the worst mail order prescription service we have ever had. So of course the app doesn’t work.
