You can view each member’s claims based on most recent or extend the search and view your claim history through the last 12 months. View Plan and Coverage Information View the plan(s) you and your dependents have enrolled in. View and Share Your ID Card Forget the days of carrying a hard copy health benefits ID card, now you will have access to your ID card via your mobile device! Both the front and back sides of the ID card are accessible through the app and can be e-mailed to your provider. Security Your security is our highest priority thus you will always be prompted to provide a username and password to access the information in this application. Without this information, your personal profile or health information will not be accessible. Apple Health Integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch.
