Real-time appointment scheduling, view lab results, check vitals, message your provider, manage medications, conduct video visits, complete forms and connect with Apple HealthKit to share your steps, glucose, Blood pressure, and other values with your provider. With My Premise Health you can: View your health record Book and manage appointments Message your providers and care team View lab and test results View current medications and refill prescriptions Conduct virtual visits Complete forms and eCheck-In View billing history, statements and make payment online View your immunization history and health reminders Manage your dependent’s health information Share HealthKit values with your provider It’s never been easier to get, stay and be well.   • Horrible since it’s changed to premise

    I want my my old TCPT clinic back , I can’t believe that they stooped this low to change everything and for the worst….Can hardly get an appointment, only 1 doctor per clinic, sometimes, none…. Horrible front counter service, they need to be fired, that’s what happens if the trades people can’t do their job so why do we keep these office people that can’t do their job….
    And why do we only have one Tara, if she’s so good why haven’t we’ve gotten more like her, get rid of the Chiro with the clacker, he’s a joke… where’s the walk in appoints with the Chiro, usually they’re sitting at their desk waiting 45mins for their next appointment , give me a break an hour appoint for Garth…..😂🤣 Tara ok I get it, but not Garth…

  • Great App

    A good app to use. The interface is easy to figure out and navigate once you take some time to figure it out. There’s a lot of options on the app, including upcoming appointments and tests, requesting medication and ways to contact your doctor. I’ve been using it for years now, and I like it!
