  • Excellent Facility and Staff

    My husband has been a patient at Advent Healthcare for more than three years. The Tampa hospital and medical offices along with his team of doctors have been amazing. Our first visit they were converting to the Epic Computer system which was a learning curve for all of them. However, we are so happy to have medical care where we can see at any time every office visit and notes and summaries of the visits, future appointments, test results, send messages to his medical team, use the app as a call button during hospital stays and so much more. The team of doctors, Sucandy, Muhammad, and O’Hara have been excellent to work with and we have been exceptionally pleased with the amount of time spent with us during visits and hospital stays. We have never had a doctor, nurse, staff or volunteer have a bad day in front of us. Advent has a caring group of people and it truly shows in how they treat their patients.
  • Love the hospital, but not this app

    I have multiple people/kids accounts and when switching between them, it always goes back to mine. So I can’t see messages or any content for my kids, no matter how many times I hit the switch account button.

    Also, I get notifications but it does not tell me WHO they are for and then when I tap on them, they open the app but don’t deep link to the content. For example, I just received a notification for “new estimate“ and I tapped on it and I can’t find it anywhere. Could be for me could be for one of my kids - I have no idea, and I have no idea where to look even if I knew who it’s for. Same issue for the “new message” notification - have to look on all accounts (which doesn’t work anyway; see first paragraph).

    As someone that works in the mobile app industry, this app could use a lot of improvement in terms of quality and especially UX (interaction design and workflows needs a lot of work; visual design is satisfactory).
  • Rx plus

    Medication takes too long to obtain. They want you to request 2 weeks in advanced but delivery takes longer. And when you are able to request it then they tell you it’s in back order . So now we have to go elsewhere and /or wait longer since they will not request it till they have the script or it’s time to refill. If this is a maintenance medication it should be automatically refilled and pt not have to find out meds are in back order the day they run out. I was without meds for two weeks. And even then it was another pharmacy got me the medication that they could not provide. There has been also times where medication refill was request and we call back to find out what’s going on they say they never was requested. This happens a lot.
