Reviews of MyChart

Great Application

My son has been in and out of TX Children’s since he was born. We have used MyChart since the beginning and it has been a lifesaver. I can reference every single doctors appointment, ER Visit, Procedure, Xray, Ultrasound, etc. that he has ever had. I can also see the medications he has been on - when he began taking them and when he stopped or switched to a new one. He is currently taking a preventative antibiotic daily that he absolutely has to have. We recently ran out and he did not have anymore refills. I came straight to MyChart and requested a medication refill with his doctor. Less than 24 hours later his medication was ready for pick up with 6 more months of refills. I can schedule/modify appointments, as well as, see any upcoming appointments and surgery reminders. I love this application and everything I have access to through here. When I have a concern or we need to do a tele visit I can set it all up and video chat his urologist. This app has always worked flawlessly for me and has been very important through our medical journey at Texas Children’s. I know it might sound ridiculous, but when you have a sick child and you have had a lot of visits or concerns it is really nice to be able to access everything you need at the tip of your fingers wether it be a medical question, medication refill/change/question, medical history, etc. this app is everything!
