This has got to be the most useful app for the management of healthcare I have come across! I only wish more of my doctors and other healthcare providers would subscribe to it.
Good but Could be better
I wish there were more doctors and specialists to use MyChart list.
Excellent Resource
Very organized & communication is much better than relying on return phone calls that often don’t occur. All of my medications & lab tests are all available to review. All aspects of my care including Specialists I see makes for a great resource to me for all of my care!

I’ve been a patient for years and I’ve come to depend on the app as a tool to get information on myself and my husband.

Love MyChart!
I like that I can view all my test results, appointments, AVS, etc. I feel it makes me more a part of my health care as I get to read over the results myself. In the past, I felt more in the dark regarding my own heath care.
Providers Often Disappear.
Key medical providers disappear repeatedly making it no longer possible to communicate with them when necessary.
This has been a repeated phenomenon for the past year or more and only noticed when on occasion I have needed to communicate or send a document to a provider.
As of fairly recently University Hospital of Syracuse no longer allows access to providers via email making MyChart the only electronic communication possible.

Lab Corp results missing
Lab corp test results no longer show up on My Chart. Really going backwards
Not again
Not another program that needs a new user id and password for each participant.
Staff
The whole staff was friendly from helping me charge my phone to helping me feel comfortable about the test I had to take to helping me take my necklace off to putting it back on to snacks etc. the doctors and nurses and the entire staff shot out to the crew that was there during my visit keep up the GREAT WORK
