Hard to get in to view test results
Often, sign in does not work & the new protocol where the text a number to input , they ask for a nick name etc which I input, but it does not stay - it asks the same question every time I sign in & one option is to “never ask again” which I check off but it keeps coming up asking the question. So aggravating!!!

Immunizations updates
I’ve done all 4 Covid 19 immunizations required. I choose not to do a 5th one.
Helpful during chemo
I have been living out of my MyChart app for the past 2 months since I was first diagnosed. It makes it so easy to connect with my care team and I check my appointments for the next day every night. Prescription renewal is easy and imaging/results are easy to access and understand. One of the few actually helpful tools during this very stressful time in my life.

Too much junk mail after installing MyChart
I have gotten so much junk and spam mail from “MyChart” since installing.

The app is good but I’d love to see all information synced with Apple Health. Women’s college does direct integration with it. If UHN can do, that’ll be great.
Possible fraudulent survey
I recently received a message from My Charts. It was a survey with an offer for a Medicare first aid kit for free if I paid $9.99 in shipping. I completed the survey and the shipping information.
Immediately after that, I received a message from my credit card company asking me if authorized a payment to an entity called Mont Lake labs for $99.99.
The charge was declined. All is well. I just felt that was worthy of a review.

Great information
I like using the app but I find it difficult to navigate sometimes. I still can’t figure out how to print when using my phone or iPad

I have this on my phone for my 84yo mother. It helps me keep up with her appointments, labs medication, etc. I just wish it wouldn’t let me make a changes like to her medication list and different things like that.

Easy to use (I am 40+ years Tech Challenged & Avoidant), Quite helpful in numerous ways. So far, my Favorite consistent Health App of the 4-5 I have used up till now.

Every office I visit uses a different my chart. They don’t talk to each each other. Blood work from Yale goes to my chart New Haven. Trinity Health cannot see the results.
Visit summary posted to my chart is not visible to office personnel or my self. No one seems well Vernon my chart.
It needs to be MUCH easier to use.

Great tool for questions and answers, also great for keeping track of my health progress.
Very Helpful & Easy to Use
The app is very helpful. It’s great to be able to communicate with your physician, request prescription refills, and ask questions as they arise. Of course it helps if your physician and their staff are responsive. Very grateful for the my chart app!

Was introduced to My Chart in August. Signed up with my own activation code and I was surprised to see my visits from another local Hospital from 2 & 3 years ago!
All tests results are there for you along with comparisons as well as educational links.
Was back yesterday and after tests and such, while waiting, I received a Notification that a Result was available from today. I was talking to a couple of ladies about it and they both downloaded the App. I explained that when their visit concluded they will get their own Activation Code in the Hospitals printout.
This is so good. It even had my Biopsy results from last week ! (Good news 😊)

For a week, it has been impossible for me to login on my computer or to be able to change my password. In the past, connection has been fine. I switched to my iPhone, which allows me into the site, but will not allow me to see a full message or answer. This site does not in any way. Compare positively to follow my health, which we had before.
