A Necessity
This App is very helpful with keeping up with your doctors, medicine and health records. Keeps track of your appointments also. A must have!
Great Way To Keep Current
I have health problems that causes me to need several different doctors. I can keep up with my appointments and can sign into MyChart and E Check-in. When needed, I can email my doctors if I have a question or concerns. Now, if there was a way to add all my doctors, if would be awesome.
Good and bad things
Mostly I find the app useful to help manage my care. I guess today I am writing a review because I just saw a doctor yesterday and I wanted to schedule a return visit with them and for some reason there isn’t a way in the app to schedule with this doctor. The office scheduled an appt that doesn’t work for me and there is also no way to reschedule. The only option is to cancel.

Was actually worried about stuff
Fantastic. Dr. Khan in Canton tx was over and above to answer all questions. She was helpful and great bedside manner. The app helps to take a lot of time out of the ins and outs. Very helpful if you’ll just answer the 5 min of questions ahead of time. 10!!!! 10!!!!
Uncorrected errors
For months and across 2 states I have been dealing with uncorrected errors in my chart from meds to medical histories, and even disease like Type II Diabetes. I do not have that but MyChart says I do. Makes a huge difference for an anesthesiologist for surgery, which I have coming up in September. I’m talking years now, that I have been having to verbally correct in person at every visit.

I love how all the tests are clearly explained and the results are so easy to interpret.
Excellent app
I was asked if I “enjoy” the MyChart app. “Enjoy” is not the word I would use; rather, the app is extremely functional & provides easy access to my many physicians & medical information. It provides the ability to ask questions & otherwise communicate with my drs & nurses, see my appointment schedule, & schedule some appts, read/print instructions for testing & appointments, access & update numerous records, update & order medications, and so much more.

I like that you can find everything you need about your medical care in one place. You can visit with your physician and see when you have appointments. Check lab results and review instructions. I think MyChart helps you manage your healthcare better.
Difficulty in Sharing orders and medical information with other medical institutions!
As a PATIENT required to transfer copies of medical information and provider orders from one healthcare organization care organization to another healthcare organizations NOT using the same MY CHART especially for less literate patients as r

Messages disappear
The new messages I receive disappear after I open them and I don’t know how to find them again to go back for reference. It’s very frustrating.
Mostly good
Good app with the exception of me not receiving messages within the app from my doctor. Caused a lot of confusion and problems on my end
Slow or no response
Questions are not answered in a timely manner, or all. Medication list is valuable and I print a copy to take to the hospital.
