As much as I appreciate the Medication part of the program it would make a huge difference if it included options for the pharmacy to include the manufacture name of the med they filled.
Many people have to use either brand name or manufacture specific meds. Those who have to use manufacture specific med spend hours on the phone or at the pharmacy to verify that the correct manufacture medication was used. I have SEVEN meds that require a specific manufacture. There is nothing I can do to get the ins to approve they all get filled at the same time, so all month long I’m having to spend hours on hold, to get information that could have been entered in the app.
Pharmacists could enter the name or National Drug Code (NDC) number and save all of us a lot of time. Pharmacists don’t want to spend hours answering manufacture questions anymore than we want to have to ask for the answers. PLEASE HELP US.

This app is user friendly and there is so much you can do here without having to call the very busy medical and pharmacy staff. 100% highly recommend

It’s very hard to communicate with my care team when my Doctor just dumps me. Gave no reason, gave no referral to another doctor, just dismissed me. She did not discharge me. She dismissed me. How can you treat people like that?

I love using the app to communicate with my Dr. I is so much better than calling and being on hold. I can even send a message at 2:00am. I love that it tracks all of my appointments and every doctor that I have a visit with.

I really love the app so I don’t miss appointments and I have my results in details on hands however I just found out that it is limited to just the hospitals result not GP requested test so that is a big down fall and the fact that I struggle to add my children one and no one can help me on how to add them on is very frustrating. It should be a family app where you as parent can see and be up to date about everything regarding your child within a finger touch so that a big down fall to me. Since after my pregnancy i don’t see much the use of it anymore as my medication aren’t updated… since information aren’t up accurately I feel it’s unnecessary to have anymore. Appointment notification only came up after the appointment too so wasn’t much of a reminder no more when at the beginning of my pregnancy almost a year and half ago i thought it was such an amazing app but not anymore

Personalized Color
The app is great however, when you need to change the color for the app, it goes to who can see your information instead of color options
Reliable way to see test results before they inform you
This app is good for a lot of things, including keeping all your records. You can also see your test resorts before they tell you you can track your test results to see where any anomalies are and you can see the notes that positions put on your file thinking you’ll never see.

Can’t use with multiple doctors
I was using My Chart for years with 2 different doctors then I got a third doctor and now I can’t access the other 2 doctors.
Can’t Sign in or Register
I’m not an IT geek but I’m pretty good. Nevertheless, I can’t sign in, change my password and sign in, register, or see where to get my epic ID. When I try to register, after I fill out all the information, it tells me it couldn’t access a captcha. I’ve tried everything multiple times. It’s a frustrating circle. Ridiculous.

Unable to request prescription refills on my chart
4 star review because My chart does not allow me to request prescription refills. It contains a note on each prescription that I cannot request refills. Not sure if this is a system error or just a glitch with my account.
