Found it hard to set up and navigate once set up. Gave blood results that a patient could not possibly understand.

Unfair for parents of minors
It is such a bother that Montefiore does not allow parents to track appointments and labs and visit summaries after the child turn 13. And yet they make sure we get that bill.

It’s so easy to send and receive messages, get prescriptions refilled and see your test results.

It was great while in the Hispanic I hate that I can’t send messages or make appointments here in MA. It seems that a lot of options aren’t available for MA residents and Brown University Health since they have taken over

It used to work so much better before Epic
It wasn’t broke but they fixed it until it was. Whenever I try to recover my password because what I swore was my old one isn’t working, they don’t send the verification email or text message, no matter how many times I try. Then when you call them and have them do it manually, it finally works. However, this option is not available on the weekends, and you get locked out of your account if you try to put in the wrong password too many times. I miss the old MyChart.

You get Fast results before your Dr. even sees it. You also have the ability to save and print your results. This app is awesome . It is easy to navigate even for people who aren’t great with electronics.

Going in for a procedure
When I first got information about my procedure it walked me through what I was suppose to do step by step. I quickly read through what should happen the day before and the day of the procedure. I thought I’d come back to it to make notes but when I got done with all the questioners that information sheet was gone. I have looked everywhere on mychart. That info should stay until the procedure is over.
