The people and Dr. in Mercy were absolutely amazing. The physical therapist were amazing . The entire place I absolutely loved and they are all missed. I give a 5 star for treating me so good.

I would like to give a 5 star rating to Dr Jorge Hermosillo at the Bethany Oklahoma Mercy,he is very informative and takes the time to discuss my symptoms and medications.
It’s very complicated
I really like this app overall, but I have to say it is far too complicated to navigate, especially when it comes to communicating with your healthcare team.
It’s easy enough to order prescriptions, and I love being able to see my medications, medical history, test results, and other important information all in one place. Those features are wonderful.
Where the app falls short is messaging your doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or nurse privately. I have been trying all morning to send a message to my Nurse Practitioner because one of my prescriptions requires authorization from my physician, and I simply cannot figure out how to send that message. I go to the Messages section, but it doesn’t clearly show me how to find or select the person I need to contact.
This is especially frustrating for seniors. The app needs to be much more user-friendly and intuitive, particularly when it comes to communicating directly with your healthcare provider.
Overall, I love what the app offers, but the messaging system definitely needs improvement. Please make it easier for seniors to navigate and, most importantly, to send a private message directly to their physician, Nurse Practitioner, or nurse.
