Mercy is a joke

I have questions about my medical care and cannot get to a live person who can actually help me. I have spent hours on the phone on hold, being transferred from person to person. The phone menus don’t offer the options I need and this app isn’t offering me the help I need either. There is no option to send a message to my provider that they will read immediately and every time I call their office I wait on hold for over 30 minutes then can’t keep waiting. Do I just need to drive to my doctor’s office to get my questions answered???
