For simple questions, the option to send a note in ‘messages’ to my primary care provider is great. They answer in a couple of days .

I love my mercy site. The only thing I don’t like about it is having to enter my insurance information for each and every visit or test. Is there someway that it could be kept at a central storage area?

Having been in the medical field for over 51 years with Mercy from the Hospital Lab to Administration to managing 3 practices, I continue to be amazed by the caliber of care AND compassion ‘delivered’ by the various care teams. They are all worth their weight in gold. Dr Ayers, Dr McIlwaine, Dr Frederickson and their staff and the surgery staff at both the Hospital and Medical Bldg. ‘Thank You’ to all, for your professional and personal care provided.
