Messaging
Cannot actually talk to doctor or doctor office about emergency related to medical equipment. Call service will leave a note for nurse at doctor office. Insane that there no way to message your own doctor.
App quirks
Until recently, My Mercy has been relatively easy to use. However, the app now sends notifications that say there are new messages to review, and when looked at, there are none. The app continues to send this particular notification over and over on a daily basis.

My mercy
I can not for anything get this silly thing to work. I’ve used there codes and have had tech support help. It worked for 2 days then it stopped working. Hopefully others are or won’t have this problem with it

I called in to reset my password. Specialist , I talked to helped me. Was very nice and helpful. Thank you

Questions asked -
For upcoming visits, not given the choice to say what you (I) want to talk about to the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. You’re given a reason and basically have to go with that. I have side effects from medications that aren’t from some of my conditions, they are from the medications I’m on. Don’t like my options or lack of options.

I love this Mercy clinic. I gave a 4 because, as I was Diving to my appointment, I started getting texts about if I was canceling.I was 15 minutes away from my appointment. Are you people crazy? You are endorsing texting and driving.

Who would enjoy a review rather than drs calling and talking to you in person or via phone. So much electronic bull it’s ridiculous.

Easy to use—handy
MyMercy is easy to use and it is very handy to be able to converse with my doctors’ offices who are extremely responsive and helpful. Kudos to Mercy!!
Frustration
On three occasions I tried to send a message to the provider requesting referral to a specialist, and each time the app wouldn’t allow the message to go through. I then had to call the office and sit on hold to request a referral by phone. Very frustrating

Love this office and all of the staff. They are always friendly and go above and beyond. Shout out to Dr. Owsley, Laura the nurse, his medical assistant and the front desk staff.

This app has been amazing. It is put together in a way that makes finding things easy. From making appointments to finding results of tests. I would recommend this App for anyone who wants to keep up with their medical needs..
Difficult to pay
I tried to pay the amount in collections, (which I didn’t know was in collections) and it won’t let me pay it.

Continuing to threaten me to pay my bill is disgustingly since I am currently making payments but it’s just not quite as much as you are demanding a month!
