Request refills in a snap.    Be our guest.  Find a Publix Pharmacy, transfer prescriptions, and refill quickly without an account.    Switch it up.  Getting started with us is easy. Transfer all your existing prescriptions to a nearby Publix Pharmacy.    One-time easy account setup.  Just scan a recently filled Publix prescription bottle or enter the number from the label. We'll fill in your account details.    Log in to access more features.  When the doctor calls in your next prescription, it will automatically appear in your app. Just log in to your account to see important details, get helpful notifications, and set reminders.    Just a tap away.  Tap to view which prescriptions are ready for refill, in progress, or ready for pickup.    Pay in advance.  You’ll be notified when prescriptions are ready, then pick up and go.    More choices.  Receive medications from prepaid pickup & curbside pickup, delivery, or drive-thru at select locations.    Care for the whole family.  Add minors under 13 to your profile, and pets too.   • A very good pharmacy app but delivery gone bad to worse

    I love Publix pharmacy over all others I have tried, and so does my physicians BUT……..App is good for ordering refills requesting new prescriptions and paying, even with easy options for delivery BUT…. getting the medications paid for delivered through IC vs previous shipping service has become a nightmare, especially with latest updates and adding groceries, and requires hours trying to get frequent problems resolved, being transferred back and forth from local pharmacy to Publix technology department to IC Delivery service departments with much confusion on all parties! In addition IC delivery carriers were not trained consistently on how to handle prescription orders, with much more confusion, cancelled deliveries, and having to reprocess refill orders not being delivered timely as needed medically., especially before a weekend or holiday season. If help is needed, getting support takes hours just to get a live person who understands the problem and can fix. Please I beg you, go back to using another delivery service for which I am happy to pay extra for, saving me much deadly stress (for my health issues) and saves hours and days of delay in getting needed medications, suffering serious consequences when delivery is delayed. Other resolution: DO NOT EVER ORDER GROCERIES WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY! PAY THE EXTRA $10.

  • Frustrating

    I have been using the app for a little while now. There certainly good things and convenience. However, one very inconvenient, frustrating thing keeps happening. If I have multiple scripts ready for pick up, I select them all to pre pay. I even carefully double check before confirming purchase that everything is there. It even gives me the total for all scripts. Then when I get to pharmacy to pick up, more times than not, somehow through the app I only end up prepaying for a portion of the total scripts. This is very frustrating and makes me look like an idiot when I try and tell the pharmacy that I did actually select all and confirm payment. I am trying deleting the app and re-adding. I am hoping it is just a glitch. But very frustrating!!

  • Worst app

    Worst app ever! I can leave this review with an opinion from the outside but also the inside. After working for this company for almost 20 years (no longer so calm down before you call corporate to complain about me). The associates at the corporate office are beat down every day by mean customer who can’t stand this app. The staff at the store will tell you it’s all corporates fault and as much as it might be the TECH teams problem because they did not build it correctly it’s not the customer service members fault that you’re screaming at on the phone. I myself have an auto immune disease that requires a lot of medication changes and this app just never seems to know how to work for longer than a few minutes. I cannot say how much I appreciate the associates that have to get screamed at every day over this stuff but I do think the company needs to invest in better software programs or programmers.
