Easy to use
My only complaint is you should make it easier to make payments and to change add to your plans like I want to change my plan but I’d have to call customer support to do so but I should be able to do on line if I choose to do so and my dr that I’ve been seeing take blue cross blue shield but it’s not in your plan I don’t want to change dr this is all stuff that can be done on line by my choosing but I can’t do any of this make it a little more convenient to use

Communication via App
The app makes communication feel interactive & that everything could be up to date considering snail mail, land lines & these days, everything that’s considered off-grid…
Pain to use
Difficult to use app because it is hard to find what you need. For instance, Reimbursements for drug claims is buried within 3 menus. It’s practically impossible to find what you need on the app, especially when it comes to BCBS paying out money (submitting claims Dr visits/reimbursements). And I’m sure this was all done by accident…
I chose to give 1 star because you can be entertainment with all the pop ups asking you if you are at the same address…or another one to find out if you have the same phone number. There were quite a few of these pop-ups that I had to double check to make sure I wasn’t on a porn site.
