  • New way of thinking

    This program is so easy to follow! Of course it’s a mindset but they teach you to program that mindset while being mindful of how the body works and how to listen to it. I lost 4.5 pounds the first couple weeks, not changing at all what I eat but only how much of it I eat. You get excited for the new week to begin, you get new video lessons while of course still practicing what you’ve learned in the prior weeks. I’ve always been the type to eat everything on my plate not wanting things to go to waste. Not any longer (things still don’t go to waste it just takes longer to eat them). This plan works and I’m learning to enjoy my food, ‘listen” to my body signals; I’m losing weight, saving money (grocery bills), enjoying the food, and feeling better.

    Yes I said lifestyle changes instead of weight loss because this program addresses so much more than just weight loss. It addresses sleep, stress, exercise, hydration, recipes and an overall life long mindset. I’m only in week two but I’m more excited now than the first day. It’s tailor made for each person with a knowledgeable panel of coaches that are available to you. The weekly videos give you information when you need it as opposed to everything all at once that can be daunting. I have already noticed a change in my weight but best of all, these are tools that I can use for the rest of my life because it’s a lifestyle change not a fad diet. It’s sensible and flexible! I’m so grateful for Wondr and what is done for me!

Mindfulness improve and maintain health and wellness. Self judgment and isolation interfere with improving and maintaining health and wellness.

    When we fail to recognize that life is imperfect, we fail to understand that life is an exploration. (We must be mindful that life, is a human experience). It is normal for things to happen to us. Things that happen to us can happen to anyone-to others. We should not to be hard on ourselves. Self judgement will interfere with our healthy and wellness.

    Commitments to wondr is for the benefit of improved health. We practice with patience and focus. This keeps us achieving a calm mind and a peace. Time is valuable and necessary to deepen new and improved Wondr health and wellness skills.
