Flat out doesn’t work at all
Login in almost never works. Will let you log in via portal web browser but using exact same information trying to log into the app some how incorrect credentials and can’t log in at all. The app has not worked once since downloading it. My pcp even warned me the app does work well and to just try using the link the send you in your email, I didn’t except it to not work in any capacity. Both app and website are completely useless. 1 out of 35 attempts might work to see anything your prescriber has sent to you but you’ll be able to view it maybe one time and then error after error after error message. Literally the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. -50/10

Access to medical records
Logging into patient online portal is misguided and inoperable (obsolete) to limiting patients to full access to prior and current treatments, medical records where you are unable to retrieve a patient’s medical record number that is assigned to the patient medical chart for every hospital visits. In addition to you not being able to see any treatment of care procedures that is rendered from UCLA West Valley medical facility showing crucial labs results. Whether you’re a patients setting up an online medical records to access hospital portal account or a POA caregiver advocating for a patient’s behalf, your access will be denied to the full medical records of the patient. Very disturbing to be limited to medical health records to forward over to your primary care physician for continuous follow up medical care.

I love that I can view my visit details, reports, and results.
Did you know that you can also view some radiology and lab results as soon as they are available even while you are admitted in the hospital. You don’t need to wait till discharge. Even some inpatient provider notes are available in this app as soon as the are electronically signed by the provider.
