HCA Inspire enables HCA Healthcare colleagues to communicate through social media-like feeds and receive important unit, facility, division, and enterprise communication. Colleagues with a My Scheduler Web profile can also access their schedules through the HCA Inspire mobile app.

HCA Inspire Features Defined:
Feed & posting capabilities: interact with colleagues through a social media-like feed. Capabilities include: posting (text, photos, video), giving recognitions, liking and commenting
Notifications: receive notifications for activity within the HCA Inspire app, including for scheduling where applicable
Schedule: My Scheduler integration, including the ability to view your schedule, self-schedule, request open needs and time off, swap shifts, and view the department calendar
Badges: grouped into five different categories to help celebrate accomplishments: education and certifications, leadership roles, excellency, HCA Programs and competency

Rarely works and when it does it takes longer than five minutes to load. I just want to see my schedule not stare at a loading screen.
