I would give negative stars, but that’s not an option
They just renegotiated their prices lower you know because they care about us so much. However, you will find the exact same shifts on another app for almost double what we’re getting paid on Clipboard exact same shift..
Their cancellation policy is a. They have no interest in protecting your time or your schedule now as agency. We all all know that cancellations can happen, but we’re talking about facilities. It’ll cancel shifts at a time with no repercussions if we were to cancel 15 shifts at one time they would suspend our for a year. And the fact that it cost us 10 points to cancel more than 72 hours in advance and they pay absolutely nothing for canceling two hours and 30 minutes before a shift starts right before the cut off time. Clipboard does not care about anyone that works for them.
So just keep these things in mind that exact same shift you were going to pick up on Clipboard is on shift key for almost double the amount. Matter-of-fact, you could download any other app and get paid more than what Clipboard is paying and most of them have a lot of perks for the people that actually work for them that allow them to even have a business to run.

Pay rates are adjusted on an ongoing basis to balance professional and shift availability, with a focus on remaining competitive. You can use our Rate Negotiation feature where you can propose your preferred pay rate within Clipboard Health’s app for shifts at participating facilities. You can use the rate negotiation feature when you see “Propose New Rate” in green when viewing a shift. Clicking on “Propose New Rate” will initiate a negotiation between you and the facility, allowing you and the facility to decide on the rate that works best for both parties.
