When you are on the app, please ensure that all updates are done, have a strong Wi-Fi connection, and relaunch the app if needed. When you are opening the platform on your web browser, please ensure to use Google Chrome and clear your cache. I attached a helpful article to go through the steps so you can open our platform on your phone or computer.
