  • What I would like to see

    There are a lot of features that I like, I like seeing my balance with each transaction. I like seeing a copy of the check that I write. However, I want to be able to see a copy of the checks that I deposit. Especially when I take a picture of them to digitally deposit them. They should have a copy for me to view at any time. Also, I want a more streamlined view of my transactions (more lines if transactions on the screen) and only when I select the transaction to see more details.

  • Okay for most things but not mobile deposit

    The app is an improvement overall from the first several years that it's been available. More recently it's suffered from kitchen sink syndrome, which can make it difficult to find something specific, or even confirm that a item sought is even available in the app. Mobile deposit continues to be hit and miss. After a good run for the past couple years or so, I am again having problems getting it to accept my back images. Since I had already indicated that they were for mobile deposit only, I probably have no recourse. In short, it's less risky to take your checks to a branch or a deposit ATM. I will never trust the app again. Fool me once...

    Another item is that security codes on the app return an error when you attempt to authenticate on the web. This is huge because SMS authentication is a major security risk. However, thanks to this flaw, I can't get away from SMS.

  • Could use some improvement

    The app is great because everything works and I can make mobile deposits. And I like seeing all my accounts up front. However, the one thing I miss about my previous bank, is the view where I can see more transactions on my iPhone screen. I don’t need to know the details till I select that transaction but I would like a more streamlined view. Additionally, I want the pending transactions to show up right away, just mark them as pending. Like when I make a deposit, I want to see it instantly in my account, but it should say pending. Same thing with purchases, I want it to say pending so I know the transaction went through but has not been deducted yet.
