Unable to see my other checking accounts
I recently refinanced our vehicle with CCU. Our bank account is with Chase, so I went through the process of linking my Chase banking account with CCU, so to take care of my car payments. I knew there was an issue right off the bat when I could not see my Chase banking account anywhere in the website or app. The website does say my Chase account has been linked to CCU, but I still cannot see my account anywhere. I brought this concern to CCU, I even talked with one of their “higher ups.” They said I should not have anything to worry about, I signed up for Auto-pay and it will take our payment out on the day it is due. I had my concerns, but I waited. And then one day after our due date, I get an email saying I didn’t pay my bill. My concerns were obviously validated at this point. I called CCU again to let them know there is something wrong with their system. They did not give me any charges for late payments, but they still have not fixed the problem. A ticket was made to fix this, I haven’t received any notification that it has been fixed. I check the website (and app) and it is still showing the same problem. At this time, refinancing my vehicle with CCU seems to have been a bad idea, they do not fix things in a timely manner and I’m required to call them every month to allow them to make a payment for my vehicle. Very frustrating.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello. Sorry to hear about your recent experience with us, but we appreciate the feedback. If we can further assist, please email us at digitalsupport@myconsumers.org.Useful but could be better
CCU is my main banking institution so the app needs to do several things well for me. Within individual accounts, transactions are easy to read and understand. Bill Pay works well. Searching for payees is easy and the tab with scheduled and historical payments is right there and simple. I like that I can link other accounts but the linkages break easily so maintenance is too frequently necessary. Transfers are easy but navigating away from the page can only be done from icons in the footer. The footer is not visible until you scroll through all transfer history. This is clumsy, clunky UX. Also, the transaction log displays entry date rather than transfer date. Please change this. A very good app that can be great with a few small enhancements…Show lessDeveloper Response

So far no real complaints with the application. It works and am able to do bill pay and transfer funds like any other app. Some linking issues for T-Mobile Money where it times out frequently. Unsure if that’s a T-Mobile thing or Consumer issue but that’s my only other bank that fails right now to sync. 6/9 update: new interface looks great! Much improved over the old version and can clearly see each accounts fund amounts. Plus interest rates have increased which is a huge bonus and reason I continue to remain! Great work Consumers!Show lessDeveloper Response
