Good Service. App is improving
For example, I had a saving account and applied to the checking. After completing my application I was not notified of any additional steps on what needed to be completed. I waited about 3 weeks and decided to call, I was told we needed a little information and we can you all set up in the day. I understand it’s a new service but this issue i found throughout the app. Apply for the debit card, no status updates, call bask customer support, they fix the issue in an hour or so.
Invited an owner, no status update for me, no status update for them, call bask support, they had issues and resolve it in a day.
Even now they have promotions with the checking account that I believe I am doing the right steps for but I have 0 clue if they will work or not, until I call customer support I guess.
Chatting also feels so inferior to calling support that I don’t even bother anymore.
Otherwise, I absolutely recommend bask and a good and reliable service. My feedback is based on a contrast of experiences with bigger name banking platforms.
