I never write bad reviews but I need to write this one. Been with Novo for 2+ years when I started my small business. At first the bank was great, but earlier this year I’m at the beach & recieve a notification from Novo saying there was a $500 charge on my account (which I never made) I called immediately to report the fraudulent transaction & customer service tells me my physical card was used (I have my physical card in my wallet). They freeze my card & say everything will be resolved. An hour later I receive another 2 alerts from 2 different states for more transactions. Fast forward, that card is canceled & I receive a new one. I continue receiving transaction attempts from the old card that are being declined. I ignore it since the card is no longer active. But now a few weeks ago I recieve an alert stating there was a $5,000 transfer from my actual account to someone else!! & 1 minute later there’s another $1,200 transfer!! I’m freaking out. I call again & find out my whole account has been hacked. I have everything frozen including physical and virtual cards. I tell them this isn’t the first time I’ve been dealing with this through their bank. At this point I’ve decided I’m closing the account, I work with other banks that have never given me any issues or any type of fraud attempts. If you want to protect your identity, don’t use this bank!
