It's really nice but also confusing
It's a beautifully designed app, but some of the features don't make sense and there's no documentation about how to use them. I had switched hoping for envelope style budgeting like I had with Simple (and most recently Zeta) but there's no clear way to track all of your bills and manually set money aside for them when you get paid. It's overly automated and some bills are tracked in one feature, others in another, and it's just very hard to determine if you have all your bills covered between paychecks. Especially variable bills that aren't credit cards (like utilities). It could use some simplifying and explaining of the features. Just wish it would let me add an expense and set how much it is and when it's due, and let me set money aside for it.
I'll probably stick with it and just track my bills in a spreadsheet for now, but I'm disappointed to have gone through all this work switching just to have less clarity/assurance about my bills being accounted for. I thought that was the whole point.Show lesskane250

Monzo USA is the best neobank since Simple Bank was shutdown by the piranhas. I have opened accounts with One, Envel, Discover, BBVA, PNC and CFCU and none come remotely close to offering the features Simple had, except Monzo USA. That said, the lack of access from a standard PC, except for the bare essential and feature limited (read nonexistent) emergency browser, is a major limiter and prevents me from using Monzo for all my finances as I was able to with Simple Bank. As such, I use Monzo daily while at the same time searching monthly for a replacement nenobank that has all the features Simple Bank offered before being shutdown.Show lesshairyleprechaun
This app is a scam.
This app is a complete scam, I cannot even get past them verifying my id photo despite the photos of it being clear as day. They made me talk to chat support to finish signing up but it’s literally been 2 weekdays, and I have still received absolutely no response from anyone. Not even an automated response. Having to make a video for face and voice verification honestly seemed extremely sketchy to begin with for a company that has practically no information available about them online..
I would just steer clear of this app. I know you’re probably only wanting the $20 bonus to sign up anyway but it is not worth all of your personal information being stolen by foreign scammers.Show lessLizRaegee
