Easy to use
Great bank with solid basic service. If you just want to move money from a different checking account to the high yield savings account in Bask, then this app works great. That’s all I do so I can’t comment on other features.
Good app for good bank
I use Bask Bank to earn American Airlines miles. The app has great functionality, similar to the website and I use it to transfer funds around between personal accounts as needed. I don’t really have trouble with it so I’m happy with it.
Love the app
The app is very clear, clean, and thus easy to read and navigate. Also, as opposed to other banks’ apps, one can see the current interest! I find this refreshingly transparent, and makes me ask: what are those other banks afraid of when the interest rate is not easily accessible?

Mostly good! I want a total
I would like to see a grand total of all the $ in all accounts. So, for example, if I have several CDs and a savings account, I’d like Bask to do the math for me and show the total value of all the accounts at the top of the page when I’m viewing all accounts. Or, the total of all cds if I’m viewing only cds

Great app
I find the Bask app very easy to use and it gives me access to all key information about my accounts including interest rates, transactions, etc. very pleased in comparison to other banks apps that I have used in the past.
Fantastic Bank
Been banking with them for a couple years now with amounts anywhere from $15 to $10k. No minimums, no fees, I love them. Not the best interest rates out there, but 5.1% APY is still great. I’m currently not considering switching. They also recently updated their app to make it a lot better. 10/10 would recommend

Basic
It’s an ok app. Very basic. The transfer section on the app when you view the From and To is a little tricky trying to open it from your phone. You have to flip your phone to landscape instead of portrait in order to see the account. It’s kinda annoying
There’s banks and then there’s Bask
Me experience with Bask has been nothing short of incredible. Beginning with their priority to keeping your accounts safe and secured. They have also steadily increased my the interest rate over the past 2 years and still going strong! Last but not least, I couldn’t say enough about their outstanding customer service and user friendly app.

Good app design, but poor performance
I have found the app easy to navigate and the information is well laid out. However, the app has been poor with its basic performance. I have scheduled transfers on specific days in the future only to have the app make the transfers immediately. I have called customer service, which I have found is JUST the name of the team. I have not received adequate customer support in my attempts to help the Bask/Capital Bank CS team better understand the issue so it would be on a better position to fix it for their other customers. During my last call, I was “promised” a call back after being put on hold for nearly 30 minutes while waiting to speak to someone on their Tier 2 team. A week later, I still awaiting that call back.
Recommendations:
- hire and train better customer support personnel
-have better digital systems with cross platform data flow-through so customers are not asked to provide the same PII 2 or 3 separate times before getting to ask questions/receive support.
-better quality control of your digital banking systems. When people schedule payments/transfers, they expect these executable tasks are completed correctly & on-time.
Bottomline: Do better!
