  • Texas Health My Chart

I love this app for the easiness of have a way to send my messages to my doctor!! And to take care of my referrals ,refills and paying my bill as needed! No more trying to call my doctor and waiting on her to call back!! Most of the time she takes care of my requests quickly and send back a message saying she has done it! I can go on the app and see my medications list when I need it. I can also see my lab or test results within days of having them done. It is also linked to some of my other doctors who I have seen so they can also see my doctor reports too. Overall it is very helpful app. And I really appreciate the convenience of the app being at my finger tips!!❤️😊
  • Primary care Dr Mohammed Usman Ibrahim

This morning was my first encounter with Dr Mohammed. I came out of it having a feeling of relieve that he was attentive yet professionally a well balance advisor. Within hours of my visit, I was already getting responses and notes of actions needed done. Picked up my revised prescription and got my appointment for AAA set for next day.
His assessment on me this morning speaks loud of his passion and accuracy of my health and I can only assume it wasn’t just me but all of his patients. I must admit that I’m in a better state of knowing my own health by reviewing the detail report he had of me and looking forward to understand more of the medical terms in his report in my next appointment with him in 2 weeks time. Glad that I’ve Dr Mohammed Usman Ibrahim as my Primary Care doctor
  • My Chart App

This app is excellent. It’s easy to navigate. I like that you can see all of your records and lab work to show to other doctors if needed. I find it convenient to schedule appointments and message the office staff or my doctor. I have a chronic health condition and it would be nice if all my doctors used this app. Unfortunately, not all my doctors are apart of Texas Health. It’s nice to not have to request records every time I see a new doctor. The records are at my fingertips.
