  • Follow up

    My dad was recently discharged from trinity hospital after he had abdominal surgery. During his stay he was in the ICU for a week the was discharged to Select specialty in trinity hospital. After going home his follow up has been marginal. Trying to contact members of his team that have been involved in his care-his surgeon-has been abysmal. There is only
    one number to call, no one calls back, no portal messaging. We have not been able to speak to the physician directly by phone, email, or in person. My Chart has not helped with this process. My dad also has orders for CTs. We had no way or information to schedule them-certainly not via My Chart. Again had to call the clinic, get another number and call them to schedule the CT. My Chart is useless as a form of communication. The only thing that it is good for is appointment notification, lab results, and pre check in, but actually trying to get results about concerns such a missing prescription, lab orders, scheduling it is a waste of screen space.

    Best APP ever for getting ahold of my doctors. Able to ask questions and very quick replies. My doctor did one of my specialty doctors job before a major surgery I had recently. They have an appointment options that is available. As well as ER visits and notes and explanations. Tests and test results. Medication lists. I love it 100% recommendations as well as my doctor and the practice itself. 1st doctor I’ve had the upmost time with me for questioning my health and issues. As well as professional care she cares a lot about her patients and is very quick to reply to messages even on a holiday. Recommend the app and the practice 100%

  • Why I like my Trinity app

    I have a multi disease patient profile. I am 70 and am vigilant. I appreciate that I can contact my physicians and I receive my reports in an expedient manner. I study those reports to make certain I’m ok and be well appraised if I need to ask reasonable questions about my results. I do have a very decent medical background so understand doesn’t mean I know it all ,but a willing and informed patient is something all my doctors seem to appreciate. I am compliant and the app helps me to be so compliant.
