  • Unhappy but only choice

    I have been trying to get into the app this week and every time I try it makes me reverify. Same thing with the website. Reverify and then goes to load and error every time. Unfortunately I can wait in line on my lunch breaks because they are not long enough to do so (I’ve tried). The customer service phone number opens after I’m at work and before I get off work. I had to cancel an appointment for tomorrow since I don’t have new cards and trying to figure out the name on my cards is accurate since I got married last year and my name isn’t fully switched over yet. Next appointment available isn’t for four months. Also hate the fact that I don’t get push notifications through the app for eobs, payments or any other information.

  • Garbage

    This app is garbage and useless. Whoever works on this really shouldn’t be paid. First, it never loads. Constantly having to repeat send email codes. Then once you get in there is no info. Just claim numbers and amount. Nothing else. I have the invoice idiots. Im looking for something to help not less info. Take a note from other nearby insurance companies. Maybe ask them for help?

  • Address change

    I just moved and should be able to update my address yet there system doesn’t recognize my new address, forced to call customer service and let me say their phone menu also doesn’t recognize my phone number or my ID number which they call a contract number.
    So between the app and there phone system nearly useless.
    Customer service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced I mean even the government Medicare customer service line is is better and quicker if you can believe that.
