Lacks necessary features
Using the phrase “last filled” and not having that relate to a script actually being filled is misleading and nonsensical. I drove to the pharmacy thinking my script was ready only to learn that phrase has nothing to do with the script being “filled” (which the pharmacist commiserated on and said they wished they would change, as this is a common issue).
You can’t see the status of a script sent by a doctor. I had to call the pharmacy to understand where a script is at (thank goodness Meijer pharmacy staff is great and very helpful).
For controlled substances, your doctor has to both send the script and you have to specifically request it be filled, which this app does not tell you.
There’s no way to sign up for text notifications, which would have helped notify me of these issues. I had to have the pharmacist do it for me.
I honestly cant see a single use for this app, apart from letting you know what scripts you’ve had in the past. Completely useless.
