  • Appointment details needs improvement

The app lacks two important details to make it better for both the patient and physician:

    1. App should ask how many issues the patient wishes to discuss with their doctor. This could be a drop-down and then allow user to provide a word or sentence for each item. This would also have the added benefit of making clear to the patient that they can reasonable expect up to three issues to be discussed during a 15 minute appt.

    2. Doctors should be able to customize their availability into 15 or 30 minute blocks and also block time out so they can complete their charts. (This is more a statement of the Epic backend system than the app). But it would also impact the app since someone wishing to discuss 4+ issues could look for a 30 minute appt block
  • Won’t work as of recently.

I am unable to open it. Face recognition takes, but it stays on the login screen. You’re unable to tap anything. It becomes frozen. I am able to go to MyChart online. Please fix! -iPhone 12

EDIT: I uninstalled and reinstalled. It is working now.
  • New version will not open

Update- I was able to fix my issue by deleting and redownloading the app again but in order to do that had to “delete all data” meaning my prior app preferences (biometric login) were also deleted. iPhone tells me to enable biometrics in the app BUT THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE IN THE APP TO DO THAT IN THIS VERSION or if there is I gave up looking for it after 30 minutes. Keeping a one star until the issue is fixed.

Just forced to download the latest update and now the app just spins it will not even open. I need to renew my prescription!! This is not working. What can I do now? Where are my medical records? Please figure this out.
