Reviews of MyAdventistHealth

  • Flawed

Doesn’t allow me to pay my bill, yet I get a text every ten minutes to pay my bell…
  • Login delay

Unable to log in through the app. There’s a delay and won’t go to log in screen. I have to log on through web site.

    Developer Response

Hi Dorothy, we're sorry to hear that you're having login issues. We'd like to help. Please email us at myexperience@ah.org so we can get you in touch with our tech team. Thank you.
  • Healthcare Providers Don’t Use It

Yes, you can see your test results here, but there are numerous functions that are useless because the doctors and clinics never use the app. I have sent multiple messages to multiple doctors on the app, and they are never read and are eventually deleted. The doctors’ offices have all said, “Just contact us by phone.” But that defeats the purpose of having the scheduling and messaging functions in the first place. It would be great if it worked like MyChart where you could actually communicate with your doctors. It’s so frustrating I’m considering switching providers to a system that uses MyChart.

    Developer Response

Hi there and thank you for the feedback. We'll pass it along to our team. If you'd like to speak directly to the practice administrator, please email us at myexperience@ah.org. Thank you.
