  • UPGRADE is really a GREAT DOWNGRADE , not working at all😫

    The portal was really working very satisfactorily before the “upgrade” adventure was launched. Now after the claimed upgrade has been done, the portal is not at all loggable, usable and useful. I am terribly sorry about it!

  • APP IS UPDATED NEW AND IMPROVED

    Patient app for me has always been good even the update is great ppl who are not good with technical stuff or are good with computers will think this app is difficult when it is very self explanatory ppl just want to have their hand held and walked through step by step but I love the app
  • App doesn’t remember area of service

    After logging in there is an error 400 message saying there was a problem, then asks to select the area where your service is located. This is confusing and should never happen. Once one provides their location it should be remembered.
