Recent update has solved all complaints
The new account summary has not only solved my original problem of struggling to differentiate between accounts but has gone above and beyond by including info such as the amount paid into my ISA this tax year, how many fee-free withdrawals I have left this period, and more!

I hold an ISA with Triodos. Gripes with the app: no facial recognition login and a convoluted process for paying in funds. Rather than being able to simply pay straight into the ISA by debit card or DD, I have to transfer cash to a cash account which then gets moved to the ISA. Feels like the customer has become involved in a back office function.
I would consider opening a current account but the years of delay in deciding whether to offer Apple Pay and general lack of innovation on the digital side have put me off.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear you're having difficulties with the Triodos App, please note you can enable Face ID by going to Preferences and Privacy > Face ID. We hope to have mobile payments available by the end of the year. We are aware of how popular making contactless mobile wallet card payments is with customers. In the meantime, we have asked our customers to carry their debit card with them to make payments. Or suggest other open banking providers that you can register your card with to do that, such as Curve or SumUp, however please bear in mind fees or charges that the provider may apply and consider what data privacy or security the provider has in place. Generally very good. App easy to use. Clear information in notifications.
But difficult if having to pay in cheques. Posting them seems really old fashioned and backwards.
Also unable to access the website without 2 devices. I had to renew my iPad just to access the website and often I’m away without WiFi (for iPad) without which I still can’t access the website to initiate changes.Show lessDeveloper Response
