App no longer working
It’s been more than two months since the app stopped working. I cannot order a taxi through it, neither asap or in advance. I have called the office multiple times and they say it’s a bug affecting iPhones and was reassured that it will be fixed within the next couple of days, it has been two months since then. You’re losing a massive pool of customers and it is to your advantage to get the app back into normal working order.Show lessDisappointed73832
No longer working
This app was buggy to begin with and if you needed to book at cab at short notice, you would have to call. Now it’s been unusable for over a month meaning you have to call to book each time and request a text in order to pay by credit card. I’ve been told management are aware weeks ago but you still can’t book using the app. I book several cabs a week and while I get there are going to be issues sometimes, this one has dragged on far too long.Show lessDRCM
