It’s Close, but Needs a Little More Polish
I’ve been using CF for 1.5 years. It’s been upgraded multiple times during my usage, so ignore some of the older reviews as those issues have been addressed long ago. That’s said, there is still room for improvement. One feature that needs to be included:
CF has a good bid request feature that allows you to reach as many subs in your directory as you want in one interaction. However! Currently, there is not way to track bids received from outside of CF - bids I ask subs for directly and they send to me directly.

Game changer !!!
This software is a game changer to the industry it’s got so many features and has the potential to be even better!!! The support is top notch and the referral and recommendation systems are great! I highly encourage anyone who is in the construction industry to check it out it’s affordable and easy to use and customizable in many ways to fit specific needs.

Great App for Small and Medium sized contractors
As the CEO of a small construction firm in the UK, I'm thrilled to have integrated this app into our suite of computer software, streamlining our operations significantly. Though primarily designed for US customers, it's worth noting that the UK market lacks robust, homegrown construction management software options. Currently, no local offerings can match what CF provides. I do wish the app included a more effective CRM for capturing leads. However, it excels in helping us manage our projects efficiently, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing errors. We're extremely pleased with its performance and would definitely recommend it to other companies in the industry.

Love it
It’s a great tool to start with. I do feel the price is a little high. Contractors are struggling right now matter the volume. Tough market and companies barely making ends for some. Between payroll taxes and everything else. It isn’t economic and it doesn’t have a lead tracking feature.
Hit and miss
It’s good when it good. Today it has me pulling my hair out. Locked out, locked up , frozen, lagging. My employer has us using this to track our time. It isn’t reliable enough in my opinion.
Not good
I use this app everyday for work and i can’t express enough how garbage this app is. Loading times are about 5 seconds, just to click on something else. Nothing is made streamline, to clock into one job from another involves about 7 different commands and each one has the 5 second delay I’m talking about. About a minute it takes to do one simple thing. Not to mention there are like dozens if menu icons, and I only use like 2. So all these options but I really on need two, so why can’t they just simplify? I’m telling you, this app is so frustration to deal with. Nothing makes sense.

Best Bang for Your Buck with All the functionality you need

This App has more then we need and is great to be able to grow into it!
This application is great! We have a small general contracting company. The application can do more then we need but we love that we can grow with the application. The application seamlessly connects to quick books and helps with payroll processing! We love that the developers continue to add new features that help us be more organized which makes us more productive and profitable!

Invest time to overlay the tech
To be frank. If you dislike this app show me the software you use (assuming you actually are running a business in construction) because there is nothing like this on the market.
ONLY downside is the lead tracking. I wish I could have a meeting with IT to educate them on the next way to handle leads. IT experts are just that and not sales experts, we helped build the largest lead gen and tracking software in the timeshare industry (phone sales) and have so many value inputs that would help data accumulation for CF customers.
Outside of this we love CF and are in the process of incorporating across our brands.
