Never seen so many ads
I’ve used this app occasionally in the past, maybe once or twice a year, and it’s been terrific. Up until now. I just updated as suggested and now it’s practically impossible to get through the process of sending a card. There are so many ads. I’ll never use this app again.
I used to love this app
I used to love this app much more better the old version than the upgraded now I lost all my birthday reminder contact and cant even update and synchronize it.so end up unsubscribe it.
Notification Bug
With the last 2 new versions of 123Greetings, there has been a bug; there is a red ‘1’ notification flag on the app icon, even though there are no notifications. Turning notifications off/on and deleting /reinstalling the app does not help. 123Greetings has updated the app since this was reported, but the bug still remains.

Very Unhappy
Use to love this app because I could send greetings through text, but now it’s email only. Guess I want be using it for a while. Might have to end subscription.
123 Cards and Wishes
This app sync’ with my contacts and I lived it BUT since the update there is nothing I can do with it. I tried sending a card this morning…had to type in the info….this never happened before and my person never received it. It is full of adds and you don’t know where to click anymore. All the good reviews are from BEFORE this upgrade, please fix this…..

Lousy with ads
Forget it. Don’t know what you did to your app, but can’t even send a card without an ad preventing me from doing do.

You changed the images of the app with all the animals. Really! Corny!
Use the website on desktop
When I use the website on my phone it makes me watch an ad, then erases everything I’ve written, then gives me codes that don’t even work.
Update
The recent update only allows you to send cards by email. I only used send by text. Guess I will have to find new app.
Was Excellent now Awful
The new design has horrible pop up ads and the contact list important doesn’t work.
It’s almost unusable.
Please let me go back to the old version while you get this one right.

I just updated this App & have now found out I can’t send the cards through messages anymore

Un-user-friendly update ☹️
I have NO friggin’ idea what the app developers did to their app, but they REALLY messed it up!! I just got thru entering my correct bday info & the app continually got it dead WRONG, no matter what I did!! I suppose, tho it’s a blessing in disguise just in case hackers find my profile info 🙏 I also tried sending a greeting ecard yesterday (Easter 2026) and found it less straightforward than b4!!

Lots of pop-up Ads
If you send a card to someone, the recipient faces a flood of pop-up screens and must also click a link to open an ad before they can read the e-card.

Bring back 123 Greeting app prior to upgrade. I’ll NOT provide credit card or other private information.

Please can I take off the update.
A quick scroll through the cards and sent in a few minutes.BEFORE,now trying for over half a hour,given up.
