Hi Mio Customer, You need a better quality connection to work the preview function. You may close bluetooth connection, WiFi hotspot sharing, and other APPS running on your phone. To preview the clip you want to download, go to "SD Card" then choose the file from Event, Normal, Parking or Photo. Tap the file then choose preview.
