They offer me $.25 for black clover exclusive luck and they want you to ship with pop protector…lol the pop protector itself is more than $.25, their offer is a joke…

I never leave reviews. But you guys should know this. I understand if some stuff is a fraction of a bit damaged. That’s understandable and they can just take some percentage off. But how are the most expensive items going to be magically missing? For example, this one item is worth $260. They offered me 78. Out of 50 toys, what are the odds 3 of the most expensive ones are missing.

Worth it to me
I have sold Pops personally and I have sent 3 shipments to Ozone so far. The people that have called this shady I think don’t understand how this works. Ozone is selling to collectors who care about the box. It doesn’t matter how it got messed up but it’s messed up and I have yet to be surprised by any issues they’ve had. Also selling your self costs money and a lot of time. The chance of 120 from eBay is not worth the listing and waiting and storing and shipping when I can get 60-75 now. If you know you know but it’s not worth the time and energy investment for me.

Suspicious items not received
Used them twice. First time things worked as advertised. Second time, they claimed several items were missing from the shipment. No way to dispute. Do not recommend.
Shady business
They give you such low ball offers for grails. Mint grails they offer you less then half of their actual value. My venom glow in the dark chase is valued at $80. They would only offer me $4 for it. If you want to make actual money selling your pop collection don’t use this app.

Great service reasonable prices only problem they take money out from what your items are appraised for the “free shipping” after you start the shipping process not really cool but whatever easy to use and fast processing
NOT GOOD
This is not a good app. I tried to scan a bar code but the screen popped up white and no matter what I tried nothing worked. Also I took a picture of my Funko Pop (because that’s what I was trying to look for a price). The picture couldn’t find my toy. Don’t download it’s not worth it.

They will take money off anything they can. Even the pops I wanted shipped back he took the pop protectors off and shipped them back bare.
Not great
I’ve seen lowball offers before but nothing beats these lowball offers. I mean it’s honestly a little ridiculous that this company is being operated like this. There’s no reason I should be getting offered $20-25 for 200-300+ pops not to mention getting offered $10 for $80+ pops that are in great condition. Now imagine if it wasn’t in good condition..you would practically be getting nothing. I usually support business but this is just straight up robbery. You’re honestly better off selling on eBay, mercari or Facebook.
