Graet app!
I feel like I am able to navigate and update my accounts pretty efficiently through this app. There is very little downtime for maintenance and their updates add value and efficiencies. I am a software developer myself and think these people are doing a great job! Thank you!
Bank from home
I use the app for all my banking except getting cash. I have access to all my information at my fingertip, literally! Easy to navigate.
Access to what you need 24/7
I use the app to transfer funds between accounts. I also can see my balances and what deposits or withdrawals are coming up. I can search by names or by number. I can type in check and see what’s cleared.
Good app
Well written app. Does what I need it to do without many issues. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is the back button can sometimes log you out.

Excellent App
FCCU has been my financial go to for decades. The App has made everything better! The recent addition of External Transfer is a huge benefit for me as I bank in other states as well. Now, I can connect my finances with a simple solution! Thanks FCCU
System changes
I really don’t like that I can’t see the deposits and their corresponding withdrawls the way you can for social security. SS comes in and the $ goes where I needs it to go. When my pension come in it takes days for the $ go go to the right accounts. It used be the same way as SS. If they can do it for SS, why not other deposits.

Awesome
I get full access to my accounts and I can deposit checks. The only caveat is that the checks have to be smaller than $2000 which is a bummer.
Credit score
The app works pretty well for the most part I have to say! I wish I could get a credit score update for free that I can view on the app like everyone else I know that goes through a credit union - also at my previous credit union I could too. It’s a HUGE incentive in my opinion and I miss having the option. I am using credit karma and I don’t think it’s very accurate. My fiancé uses credit karma and it shows lower than what her score really is.

Poor menus
Menus are too difficult to navigate. Functions important to me are buried too far in multiple submenus. For example, modifying a recurring payment was simple and straightforward back in the Harbor Credit Union days. Now I have to call in and have one of your staff walk my through it. Your menu system should be flatter, provide multiple paths to get to a function, and use common terms, not acronyms or banking jargon. Note: I have several times come close to changing financial institutions because of your app.
