I like the fact that I can check on my banking on my phone wherever I’m at this is such a great convenience and your staff is very helpful when I need to talk to them although this new technology is a little difficult for me to work with I’m trying my best, but I thank youfor helping me through this.

Just ok
Not sure if it’s the app or another system but it’s hard to tell wether funds have been deducted from my account and what’s pending. It doesn’t readily show auto payments and it’s hard yo find where to look for pending/billing activity. You have to dig around too much to find functions; it’s hard that loan payments and bill payments are so separate. In general, the app feels random. I did only recently start using it so I’m also still learning.

Access to what you need 24/7
I use the app to transfer funds between accounts. I also can see my balances and what deposits or withdrawals are coming up. I can search by names or by number. I can type in check and see what’s cleared.
It’s ok
It’s bothersome to constantly have a yellow warning message every single time I use the app. I can’t find out how to change details for my auto transactions to my sub accounts. It inconsistently shows the image of the checks I’ve deposited electronically. It would be nice if there was a search feature when trying to locate a specific transaction that may have taken place months previous.

Staff
Recently I had issues with my debit and credit card. The staff was very helpful in the Clintonville branch to help me get new cards and getting them all set up. I’m not that tech savvy so thank you very much. I have been using fox community for at least 25 years and they have always been there for me.

Stayed with Fox even after I moved out of the local area. Service is excellent and very efficient. Have worked with Black Creek office on may occasions with always good results. Personal are always friendly and well versed on different programs. Plan to stay where I am. Thanks, John

Very useful
When I learned about the different things I could do as far as transferring money from one account to another and I believe even doing a loan payment it made it much easier to get things done on time. I plan on stopping by soon as I thought there might be a way to transfer money from my account with a different bank to my account here to help build a savings plan.

Graet app!
I feel like I am able to navigate and update my accounts pretty efficiently through this app. There is very little downtime for maintenance and their updates add value and efficiencies. I am a software developer myself and think these people are doing a great job! Thank you!
Works well but could be better
The App is Pretty easy to use, however there are some things that could be improved upon. For instance, its easy to send a message to the Credit Union, for example, when traveling to alert them not to flag transactions as fraudulent. However, the messages I get sent back claim there is another way on the App to do it, but I cannot see where that is. Also, there is a App for the Apple Watch which says to activate it in the ‘Settings’ in the Phone App. Again there is nothing I have found in the Settings that do this. Other than those things, the App is pretty good.
