As much as I am sure this review with be taken down by the developers, I am million times more sure this, and any other app that claims it can repel insects with sound, are robbing you. Ask the FDA who has dispelled the myth. Ask any university with a husbandry program (husbandry: the care, cultivation, and breeding of crops and animals)

Seems to work
I had no success until I read one reviewer suggested 17 KHz. It’s either an odd coincidence that the mosquitoes thinned out and disappeared or this actually worked for me, too. Bear in mind that I am often a victim of coincidence. I’ll keep using this and, if coincidental, mosquitoes will return and I’ll drop the rating to one star. Otherwise I’ll leave it at four due to the annoying startup ads.
Update - it was pure coincidence after all. Must’ve been the weather. Mosquitoes swarmed and bit despite full volume 17 KHz. Deleting this app immediately.Show lessPaintMyCats
App doesn’t load
Upon launching the app, it takes you to tips section, which are incomplete as if it was improperly copied from somewhere. You back out and click on mosquito repel, a spinner shows up indicating the app is loading and it stays there. O I couldn’t even try. How do people get apps out without proper testing, no unit testing, no qa control?Show lessPersyJack

My wife hates Mosquitoes ! There was a big, fat pesky one that kept her upon bed one night. I downloaded this app, he came out of hiding all crazed and then I got em. Now I can sleep. Thank you very much for creating this very useful app.Docpaul40

Does not work on mosquitoes in Uruguay
I don’t know if mosquitoes in Uruguay are different but in the hotel room, I had the app going all night on the night stand by my head, max volume on 17 (I had to wear earplugs). In the morning I got up, turned and there was a mosquito on the walk 8 inches from my phone which was still clicking. I killed it and smeared red blood over the white wall. I had a bite on my cheek and forehead so, no, it does not work. I rated 2 stars vs 1 because I don’t know if there is a different mosquito it is supposed to protect against.Show lessca kali
Pop up adds
Why do the adds pop up and are difficult to get rid of. Haven’t tried the app yet and I am not going to purchase add removal until I do.Househusband 60
Don’t bother... it actually brings them in!!!
Just a few mosquitos so I turned it on. Within a few seconds I was covered in mosquitos! Turned it off and they disappeared so there was even less than before. Funny! They stay away by not using the app!dawby60
