The is easily one of the best innovations to happen to my fitness game. As a long time member of PFS Studio that infrequently shows up in person, this app really helps to poke my memory for specific movements when I’m training at home or at another gym. I travel for work, so having this bespoke training plan all within the app is the best! I click open the app, go to my plan, pick which week and day I want to focus on, then boom - a list of 8-10 movements appear for that day. Each movement is directly linked to a short but descriptive video. Each day has a different description based on the type of training. In my plan, I can choose to focus on strength or endurance. There’s easily over 60 different exercises linked to my plan within the app. 60!
I’m so glad that PFS came up with this app. This app helps me to focus on the proper movements that have helped to improve my Thai boxing game, overall health and mobility. Get it!
