Strength, Stamina, Stability, and Mobility.
After three months of the off-season program, I’m really feeling the difference on the range and in the golfing studio. I am stronger, I feel less tired (stamina), better balanced (stability) and have a great range of movement (mobility). Mike’s workouts feel as if I’ve had a very balanced session while not suffering the next day, especially if I remember to do the daily mobility program on my off days.
I’m looking forward to the new season knowing that whatever the results I am in a really healthy, fit and mobile condition.
