When I fill up the application with the ROVA app I did two days of deliveries more than 100miles they didn’t pay me i try to get help with their costumer support guess what it was a guy name Tom McGrath he gave me so many excuses after that my account got suspended . They grab my name they put on somebody else informations , i blow them up all the time everyday for 1year almost 2years now still never get paid and my account still got suspended they never reply to my questions they will still your information for they own business in the future …IM AWARE OF YOU GUYS “ ROVA” if anything shows up under my name you guys will pay it

This app was already very good at the moment it is not working they are taking a long time to pay the driver so I do not recommend it👎👎

This company would not be, I did the work and until today I have not received it, it has been 3 weeks and there are several people who have never received their work, I do not advise you to waste your time and gas and not receive payment.

This does not seem to be a legitimate courier service. I have to see any jobs posted in a few months I’ve had it. What’s even scarier is you are required to give all your personal information yet it will not let you close your account or remove your Social Security number. Definitely stay away from this app.

Not sure if it works or not there is just nothing going on. It’s been 2 months and nothing seems it’s more of an east coast app.
ROVA doesn’t pay as explained and agreed on/weeks=no pay for work
ROVA does not pay as you sign and agree upon. Do NOT trust this app, you will be forced to work for free against your knowledge. Do not deliver FOR THIS APP unless you have upfront gas costs and willing to work for free 10hours a day delivering to 30+ stops,Find eligible parking and walk into various dwellings and or properties, fulfill requirements and Go home ANTICIPATING until ROVA DECIDES TO PAY YOU. If you work for free… sign up… I regret trying to help people receive their medication through this app. Thankfully there’s laws to settle unexceptional non warranted frivolous agreements that were breached.

This application does not work and it is dangerous to send your personal and social security information. the page is always deleted automatically and when you want to enter your email and passwork does not work. and for NY there are never deliveries
Dont waste your time
Ive been on this app for over a year. ZERO JOBS. Customer service is a joke. You get a random email once a few months. They have zero customers or partners from what i can tell.
Works so far
Works well for my at the moment.
Get paid 2-3 business days after completing a trip. Routes in my area appear in the morning and sometime early afternoon. App is a little basic but functions ok.
